Writing Your Life Stories! A Workshop for Halton CARP Members – March 13th 2013

It’s safe to say that many of us have had amazing experiences during our life’s journey. It’s also fairly safe to say that many of us would like to share those experiences with family and loved ones but simply don’t know where to start.

Storylines, who will be a sponsor at our Chapter Community meeting at Burlington in February, have the solution.

Storylines provides Memoir, Creative Writing and Life Review Workshops. They will be holding a workshop in March for CARP members. Chartwell Classic Retirement Residence in Oakville are kindly providing space for the workshop. More details will be provided at the Burlington meeting however below you will find advance workshop  information. Please note that pre-registration is required as space is limited. Storylines invite you to join them for a hands-on, motivational, and FUN workshop! It will provide you with information on the different types of memoirs and lots of practice and tips on where to start, how to get organized, and how to recall your best stories.

Upon completion of this workshop, you’ll have the tools and techniques to continue creating your own memoirs. You’ll be amazed at all the stories you remember!

Cost: CARP Members- $40 + hst,  non-members – $47 +hst
