CARP Montreal West Chapter 37 is excited to announce a technology for Zoomers workshop. So many of us now have an iPad, iPhone, or other digital tablet. Are we getting the full value from our devices? For many the answer is no!
Join us on Sunday, April 14, 2013 for a hands-on workshop. Tanya Avrith of the Lester B. Pearson School Board will guide us through workshop focused on maximizing the use of your device. The features, the best Apps, and maintenance will all be discussed.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING DATE CHANGED
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
The date of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and election of officers has been changed by the Board of Directors. The AGM and elections will now take place on MAY 30, 2013. The Board believes that it will be able to deliver more, and better, programming if it is able plan and to make arrangements over the summer months in order to prepare for a full Fall and Winter of activities. Mark the date and plan to be there. We will be announcing a special guest speaker for that evening very soon.
CHANGES TO CHAPTER 37 MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
The Board of Directors has decided to standardize Chapter 37 membership renewal. Effective this year ALL Chapter 37 memberships will be renewable in May of each year. The renewal will coincide with the Annual General meeting. Membership fees remain unchanged at $10 for the one-year membership.
“PROTECT YOURSELF” WORKSHOP RESCHEDULED FOR JUNE.
The anti-fraud “Protect Yourself” workshop has had to be rescheduled for June due to calendar conflicts with our presenters. The workshop will now take place in June. The date, time, and place will be announced shortly.
