The Lanark Chapter 55 of CARP is a co-sponsor of a day-long presentation and discussion on the effects of caregiving on the health of caregivers.

Lanark County Alzheimer Society and Mills Community Support have assembled three experts on the topic of caregiving for dementia patients. This is a unique opportunity to hear these experts in one meeting.

The presentation is scheduled for Thursday, May 8th, at the Carleton Place Community Center, 75 Neelin Street. Check-in opens at 8:45 AM and the event is scheduled to end at 3 PM. Everyone is invited to learn about this little-discussed topic. Lunch is included with the $10 registration fee.
