Minutes of the North Fraser Chapter CARP Annual General Meeting May 22, 2014

Chair Bruce Bird convened the meeting at 1:00 p.m.

The Secretary reported that a quorum was present.

Moved by Archibald Rodrigues, seconded by Alan Davis, that notice of the meeting be waived. Carried.

Bruce Bird delivered the Report of the Chair.

Treasurer’s report. In the absence of Treasurer Ann McBride, Bruce Bird gave the Treasurer’s report. Moved by Peter Skinder, seconded by Brian Boyle, that the report be accepted. Carried.

Election of Directors: Nominated for a two-year term: Brian Boyle, Karen Tyrell and Jill Totton. Nominated for a one-year term: Gail Murphy and Tom Saunders. There were no nominations from the floor. The Chair declared nominations closed and the nominees elected by acclamation.
