To commemorate the October 1 International Day of Older Persons and Canada’s National Senior’s day, the CARP St. John’s-Avalon Chapter raised its Chapter Flag at the St. John’s City Hall. Participating were Mayor Dennis O’Keefe and CARP Member Sharron Callahan.
