“For a variety of reasons, more people aged 45 and over are working beyond the traditional age of retirement. This experienced group wants to build on their skills and continue learning and expanding their talents. We take great pride in offering a personal connection throughout the recruitment process and CARPWorks Powered by ThirdQuarter is an extension of that service,” adds Ms. Barkman.

“The Job and Coaching Cafes introduces a  new dimension to our Zoomer Shows.   We are delighted to be working with ThirdQuarter through the CARPWorks initiative,” says David Sersta, ZoomerMedia’s, Vice President Corporate Partnerships & Shows.

“CARPWorks Powered by ThirdQuarter is an important way for CARP to support our members who want to stay in the workforce. This is a group that has proved it can contribute significantly in the workplace and has much more to give. CARPWorks will be of real value to our members and to employers looking for experienced and committed employees,” says Ross Mayot.
