CARP Chairs were invited to watch the roast of fellow volunteer, a member of the CARP Board of Directors and outgoing Chair of the Nova Scotia Chapter, Bill Van Gorder.CARP President Moses Znaimer and VP Wanda Morris were on hand at historic Pier21 in Halifax to join in the fun.
