April 27, 2017, Toronto – Today, the Ontario Liberal government will release its 2017 budget. CARP hopes this will include a fully-funded dementia strategy for Ontario.
Earlier this year, CARP partnered with the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario to engage thousands of Ontarians in support of a fully-funded dementia strategy at carp.ca/funddmentianow.
In anticipation of this announcement, CARP is sharing interviews done previously with the Alzheimer Society of BC to raise awareness of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Here’s a segment called, “Can the heart remember?”
