CARP is pleased to invite you to an important and informative webinar to learn how to ‘Get more out of your Medications’ with Drew Peddie, B.Sc.(Pharm), R.Ph and Pharmacy Manager of The Health Depot by Greenshield Canada.
This is a topic that has been requested by CARP members who are being proactive in their healthcare and will provide not just valuable information about medications, but also about how to ‘Get more from your Pharmacist’ as their role evolves across Canada.
In this 1 hour national webinar you will learn how to get the most out of your medications, including key aspects of medication safety, timing, storage and how they interact with vitamins and minerals. It will highlight the importance of communication with your pharmacist, doctor/nurse practitioner, and other health care professionals, and teach you methods to ensure your health care team takes a coordinated approach to your well-being.
Joining CARP will be our guest Drew Peddie who is a University of Alberta graduate, with over 25 years of experience as a pharmacist. Drew has a diverse background in various practice settings having held a variety of roles in community practice including management and ownership as well as corporate roles. He currently practices as the Designated Manager of The Health Depot Pharmacy by GreenShield, in London, Ontario.
