Cap Services Seniors’ Hub is operated by a small team of dedicated staff and large team of carefully screened volunteers, many of whom are seniors themselves. These individuals are committed to enriching the lives and promoting the independence of frail seniors, who wish to remain in their own homes, but need a little help to do so.
The Seniors’ Hub has designed and operates a number of successful programs. These programs help seniors to extend their social networks, make new friends, remain connected to their community and have a good time with lots of laughter. Programs are provided at no fee but donations are greatly appreciated. Transportation is provided where needed.
