Dr. Bonnie Henry, author of Soap and Water and Common Sense The Definitive Guide to Viruses, Bacteria, Parasites and Disease. Dr. Henry is a leading epidemiologist (or virus-hunter, as they are often called) and public health doctor. Dr. Henry worked with the WHO during the Ebola outbreak in Uganda. She was the Associate Medical Officer of Health for the City of Toronto during the SARS outbreak in 2003, and has been one of the Public Health officers on the H1N1 influenza outbreak in BC, where she currently resides.

Zaritsky’s documentaries have been screened at major international film festivals, including Sundance, Toronto, South by Southwest, Hot Docs, Vancouver, and the International Documentary Film Festival in Amsterdam.

Alan R. Hirsch, M.D., F.A.C.P., a Neurologist and Psychiatrist specializing in the treatment of smell and taste loss, is the Neurological Director of the Smell & Taste Research and Treatment Foundation in Chicago. Dr. Hirsch conducts in-depth studies of the olfactory sense and its relation to all aspects of life. Some examples include studies observing the effects that certain scents or aromas have on behavior, emotions, mood and/or interactions between individuals.
