CARP Chapters Active in Local Ridings – Candidates Know Our Members Vote!

CARP Chapters across the country are keeping our Members up to date on Advocacy issues as they relate to Zoomers in the pending Federal Election, May 2nd.

CARP currently has 42 local Chapters, from St. John’s/Avalon in Newfoundland, to Victoria, in British Columbia.

Chapter Chairs are calling and emailing candidates to remind them that CARP members in particular, and aging Canadians in general are sure to cast their vote.

One of the newest CARP Chapters – BBQ (Belleville, Brighton, Quinte West, Ontario) is holding two All Candidates Meetings:

April 19- 7:00 pm Trenton High School-for the Northumberland/Quinte West electoral riding.

April 20- 7:00 pm Loyalist College Alumni Hall/Kente Building- for the Hastings/Prince Edward County electoral riding

And in Edmonton, Alberta

Election Forum for April 26, 2011 from 7-9 pm.
