Chapter Holds Successful AGM

14.1 These By-Laws, with the exception Article Xll, may be amended by a two-thirds (2/3) majority vote of members present and voting at a General Meeting of the Chapter.

14.2 Notice of any proposed amendment shall be given in writing to the Secretary at least thirty (30) days prior to a scheduled General Meeting.

14.3 The Secretary shall refer any proposed amendment to the National Office of CARP to ensure that such amendment is consistent with national policies.

14.4 The Board shall give at least ten (10) days notice of motion to the membership of any proposed Constitutional amendment.
